The First Step
We provide a free personal training appointment with every new membership! Our trainers will help you implement a workout routine that path to reaching your goals.
After your initial consultation, try our group exercise classes like Body Pump, Body Combat, Yoga, or Spinning. Group exercise is a great way to stay motivated.
How Much to Workout
For people beginning a fitness program, working out three times a week is a good starting point.
- 30 minutes of cardio
- 30 minutes of strength training
When it comes to fitness, moderation is the key to longevity and consistency.
Your Workout Essentials
Clothing
Wear properly fitting gym attire that keeps you feeling dry, cool, and comfortable during your workout.
Shoes
Lightweight, durable sneakers. In winter, please bring separate clean sneakers for indoor use to protect our equipment.
Accessories
Bring a water bottle, your favorite music playlist, and consider flip-flops for the locker room showers.
